Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead and grow Procura Insights’ operations in Eswatini. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, driving business growth, and establishing long-term client relationships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and business development who can position Procura Insights as the go-to procurement consulting firm in Eswatini. The Country Manager will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing projects, overseeing client engagements, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Expansion

Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand Procura Insights’ presence in Eswatini.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations in both public and private sectors.

Lead sales, marketing, and client acquisition efforts to achieve revenue targets.

Represent Procura Insights at industry events, conferences, and government engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement leaders, and government agencies.

Understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored procurement and supply chain solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and long-term contracts.

Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Project & Service Delivery

Oversee the successful execution of consulting projects, training programs, and technology implementations in Eswatini.

Ensure alignment with best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing reports and insights to internal leadership and clients.
Operational Leadership & Team Management

Build and manage a high-performing local team, including consultants, trainers, and support staff.

Establish and maintain operational structures and processes to ensure smooth execution of services.

Ensure financial discipline, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Stakeholder Engagement & Regulatory Compliance

Develop relationships with government institutions, procurement regulators, and industry bodies to ensure compliance with Eswatini’s procurement regulations.

Stay updated on procurement trends, policy changes, and market dynamics that impact business operations.

Advocate for best-in-class procurement practices and drive thought leadership in the industry.
Key Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, or business development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in business growth, client management, and strategic partnerships.

Strong knowledge of Eswatini’s procurement regulations, public procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics.

Exceptional networking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in project management, contract management, and procurement consulting is an advantage.
